Bow Engineering took part in the groundbreaking ceremony for the Koae Affordable Housing Development on Kauai. We provided the onsite and offsite Civil design for the 134 unit development, incorporating the “Complete Streets” concept.

Construction is expected to last into 2019.  Progress photos to follow in the coming months.
